Planning a wedding and sticking to a stationery ordering schedule can be a little confusing. Since there are so many different paper pieces to consider, I’ve created a wedding stationery timeline to make ordering your invitations and wedding day pieces a breeze. The timeline lists each item and tells you when your order should be placed with Paper Hearts and when to send them out to your guests.

Save the Dates

8-10 Months - Start Custom Design of Save the Dates
7-9 Months - Finalize Guest List
6-8 Months - Send out Save the Dates

Wedding Invitations

4-6 Months - Start Custom Design of Wedding Invitations
3-4 Months - Finalize Guest List
2-3 Months - Send out Wedding Invitations
1 Month - RSVP Card Due Date

Wedding Day Stationery

1 Month - Order Ceremony Programs, Menus, and Large Signs
3 Weeks - Order Name Cards and Seating Chart Sign
+2 Weeks - Order Thank You Cards
